• In the case of any complaint against any telecom service operator or provider, the complainant shall submit his complaint first to the concerned operator or provider..

• If he is not satisfied with the actions taken by them, the complainant may then submit the complaint to the above address.

• The complainant shall furnish NTC with all correspondence exchanged with the concerned operator or provider.
