In the case of any complaint against any telecom service operator or provider, the complainant shall submit his complaint first to the concerned operator or provider..
If he is not satisfied with the actions taken by them, the complainant may then submit the complaint to the above address.
The complainant shall furnish NTC with all correspondence exchanged with the concerned operator or provider.
